An Igbosere Magistrate court has requested 57-year old Mr Idowu Fashola presented above to be remanded at the Ikoyi Prison, Lagos for supposedly contaminating his significant other’s sister’s 13-year old little girl.
The case was first revealed at the Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Team, DSVRT and was afetrwards transfered to the divisional police in Adeniji Adele, Lagos Island.
Examinations by the police demonstrated that Fashola engaged in sexual relations with the underaged young lady on a few events in the wake of giving her tea arranged with dozing substances to drink.
Police Counsel, Jimoh Joseph educated the court that the charged carried out the asserted wrongdoing in 2017 at 39, Animashaun Street, Ijeshatedo, Surulere, Lagos where the blamed dwells with the casualty. Joseph told the court that the guardians of the casualty answered to the authorities of the DSVRT that they endowed the casualty under the watchful eye of the their sister who is the spouse of the charged when she was three years of age and that their girl disclosed to them that she could never again remain at the home any more.
